Anger Management Bootcamp

Our 1-Day Anger Management Bootcamp gives you practical, research supported tools to help you understand anger, recognize triggers, and respond with more clarity and confidence. This intensive option is ideal for individuals who want immediate skills they can start using right away.

What Will You Learn:

Understanding Anger

Participants will receive a certificate of completion. When appropriate, we also provide letters of support or advocacy that speak to your effort, character, and participation. These can be helpful for workplaces, legal matters, or personal documentation.

Your Primitive and Evolved Brain

How the brain reacts under stress and how to shift back into clear, rational thinking during emotional moments.

Anger Awareness and Emotional Triggers

Body cues, emotional intelligence, and the Anger Iceberg model to help you identify what is happening beneath the surface.

Calming Techniques and Mindfulness

Breathing methods, grounding strategies, nervous system regulation, and mindful pauses for real life situations.

Shame, Negative Thoughts, and Shadow Work

Identifying deeper emotional roots, breaking the shame and anger cycle, and reframing destructive thinking.

Judgment, Criticism, and Empathy

Learning how to reduce critical reactions, increase understanding, and practice self compassion.

Understanding the Bootcamp vs the 8 Week Program

The bootcamp is designed to be short, structured, and focused. It is ideal for people who need:

Immediate tools they can use right away

An introduction to anger management concepts

A focused learning experience within one day

However, because it moves quickly and covers a wide range of material, some participants may benefit from additional time and deeper support. This is why we recommend the 8 Week Anger Management Program for:

Long term skill building

More guided practice and discussion

Continued accountability

More gradual emotional processing and reflection

Both options are valuable, and many people choose to complete the bootcamp first and then continue with the 8-week program for deeper change.

Advocacy and Support

Participants will receive a certificate of completion. When appropriate, we also provide letters of support or advocacy that speak to your effort, character, and participation. These can be helpful for workplaces, legal matters, or personal documentation.
