This is a unique service available to individuals upon request. Ideally, anger management is conducted in a group setting. In fact, this is strongly encouraged and recommended. However, we recognize that this is not always possible for some.
• Individual Anger Management is offered to people who either prefer individualized sessions or are unable to attend group sessions due to circumstances beyond their control
• Times and schedules for individual Anger Management sessions vary as they are tailored to different individuals, separately
• This is offered in the same structured curriculum as the groups
• These are typically 60 minute sessions, every first Wednesday of the month
We recognize that every individual is unique and no one size fits all. Therefore, in collaboration with each client, we work extremely hard to develop treatment plans that fit their individual needs and goals. These may change from time to time, depending on various reasons and circumstances. Since this is considered part of the process, we ensure flexibility as much as possible. It's always a learning process!
