Boundaries in Relationships Psychoeducational Group – Virtual & In-Person

Establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries is essential for building positive relationships

and enhancing personal well-being. This six-week psychoeducational group is designed to help

participants explore the importance of boundaries, understand their challenges, and learn

practical strategies for fostering healthier dynamics in all areas of life.

Participants will engage in interactive discussions, activities, and self-reflection exercises in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you attend virtually or in person, this group provides the tools you need to navigate relationships with clarity and confidence. Each session is 90 minutes and focuses on:

Lack of Healthy Boundaries and The Key Types of Boundaries

Understand different types of boundaries—physical, emotional, mental, and more.

Blurred Lines, Trauma, and Boundaries

Learn how trauma affects boundary-setting and identify strategies for healing and creating clear, healthy limits.

Honoring and Setting Boundaries

Discover practical tools for asserting and maintaining boundaries with confidence and compassion.

Relationships and Boundaries

Examine how boundaries play a role in romantic, familial, and other close relationships.
