Treatment preferences
We recognize that every individual is unique and no one size fits all. Therefore, in collaboration with each client, we work extremely hard to develop treatment plans that fit their individual needs and goals. These may change from time to time, depending on various reasons and circumstances. Since this is considered part of the process, we ensure flexibility as much as possible. It's always a learning process!
Some of the treatment modalities we commonly use include:
- Cognitive behavioural therapy
- Strength based perspective
- Cultural sensitivity and multicultural awareness
- Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
- Trauma Focused
- Mindfulness based therapy
