Online/Virtual Counselling

We use doxy.me, which is one of the platforms that adhere to Canadian PHIPA/PIPEDA guidelines for confidentiality. This is an amazing medium because it does not require you to download any app. All that's required is your email address and a link will be sent to you (within 24 hours) to click on at the time of your appointment. You will be prompted to enter your name prior to being admitted to your session. It's super easy! Try it!

If you prefer counselling over the phone, no problem. The counsellor will call you at the time of your appointment.

Phone service may be utilized in case of internet network issues.

  • Perfect for people with mobility and other medical challenges that may present a barrier to accessing services in person
  • Someone requiring a walk in session but is unable to attend in person
  • It's a more practical and safer solution/alternative to reducing the risk of potentially contacting and spreading covid 19

All sessions, both individual and group are primarily done by appointment. This is strongly recommended.

Treatment preferences

We recognize that every individual is unique and no one size fits all. Therefore, in collaboration with each client, we work extremely hard to develop treatment plans that fit their individual needs and goals. These may change from time to time, depending on various reasons and circumstances. Since this is considered part of the process, we ensure flexibility as much as possible. It's always a learning process!
