Individual Counselling
In a quiet, tranquil, and private space, the counsellor will collaborate with you step by step to develop an individualized treatment plan to help you manage and/or resolve many of these complex issues. Sessions are typically 60 minutes long with a few exceptions. We always strive to work from a trauma informed lense. This is extremely important in building rapport and navigating any therapeutic process.

Treatment preferences
We recognize that every individual is unique and no one size fits all. Therefore, in collaboration with each client, we work extremely hard to develop treatment plans that fit their individual needs and goals. These may change from time to time, depending on various reasons and circumstances. Since this is considered part of the process, we ensure flexibility as much as possible. It's always a learning process!
